What can we do?

There are times in our lives when we must make a decision that would set our course for the rest of our lives. What can we do to make that decision for the better? How can we set it so that what ever happens everything is plan, and so that our goals are reach with the highest efficiency?What is life can be controled? What can be tamed to fit?
